RENEWAL OF LICENCE TO RUN MATTERS UNDER THE RPIVATE AGENCY ACT 1971 FOR THE YEAR 2009

Terms to apply for license renewal

1. The quota for security guard (local and Nepalese Security guards) owned by the company that has attended courses until the end of 2008 reaches at least 65%
2. Submit current Corporate Info printed by Malaysian Company Comission.
3. Company must submit the payment slip for the levi of Human Resource Development Limited for the year 2008

Procedure to renew license

Company made the application online to the address http://kdnapps.kdn.gov.my/portal

Company needs to submit supporting letter to renew the license. The contents of the supporting documents are :

1. Form 24
2. Form 49
3. Form 32A
4. Current audited financial statement (the least is for the financial year ending 2007)
5. Payment Slip for PERKESO ( year 2008 )
6. Insurance policy
7. Payment Slip for service tax (year 2008)
8. Payment Slip for income tax ( year 2008)
9. Copy of Medical Check up(if there is security guards aged between 56 till 60 years old)
10. Copy of BNM licence [ Licence 2(b)] and
11. Copy of original licence
12. Additional information (current month)

• Form F : information on employees and local security guards
• Information form on Nepalese security guards
• Information Form about branches and letter of appointment for branch manager ; and
• Contract information Form
